The Roadmap to Better Health
Assess. Repair. Maintain.
Assess. Repair. Maintain.
Most of us are taught to think about health reactively. Something breaks, we address it. A symptom flares, we manage it. A prescription controls it — often indefinitely and often with side effects.
Regenerative medicine looks at healthcare from a different perspective: not how do we alleviate this symptom, but rather how do we support the body’s own ability to heal the root cause. The Genesis Regenerative Roadmap to Better Health includes a 3-step framework: Assess, Repair, and Maintain. These key steps work together to provide your physician with the information needed to create a personalized wellness plan.
Pharmacogenomic Testing (PGX) assists with adjusting medications while Nutrigenomic Testing (NGX) assists with adjusting diet, exercise, hormones and mental wellbeing.
Regenerative Protein Array and MUSE proteins support the anti-inflammatory scar tissue breakdown, blood vessel creation, and cellular signaling to support the body’s natural healing process.[1 , 2]
Certain therapeutics like NAD+ and specific peptides play key roles in energy, cognitive support and soft tissue healing that can enhance and create an enduring positive outcome. [3]
Understanding your individual biology.
Every patient is biologically unique. Two people can share the same diagnosis while the factors contributing to their symptoms differ significantly — genetics, metabolic function, inflammatory load, nutritional status, and lifestyle among them.
In the Assess step, a clinician can use Precision Genomic Testing (PGX / NGX) — to examine inherited genes that may influence how a patient responds to medications, genetic and environmental factors.
Both tests read inherited DNA rather than measuring current physiological status. Because DNA does not change, testing is typically performed once, and the results remain relevant for life.[6] When a physician needs to understand a patient’s current state — nutrient levels, inflammatory markers, hormone concentrations — conventional laboratory panels are ordered alongside.
Support the body’s ability to heal itself.
The Repair step focuses on supporting the body’s own repair processes. For this step Genesis offers Regenerative Protein Array (RPA) — a highly concentrated, acellular, non-DNA array of proteins containing over 300 verifiable cytokines, growth factors, and signaling molecules, designed to support cellular communication and healing. Clinicians may incorporate RPA into physician-directed protocols.[1]
RPA is acellular and non-DNA. The field of regenerative medicine has moved through several broad generations of development — from autologous blood concentrates to live-cell approaches, to acellular protein signaling. Because RPA contains no living cellular matter or genetic material, it is designed to avoid the cellular and DNA transfer risks associated with live-cell products.
Being an informed patient matters. It is reasonable to ask what a product contains, where it is sourced, what the producing and testing labs accreditations are, product labeling of lot numbers and milligram concentrations, and whether it has been 3rd party independently tested.[2 , 7]
Support your healing progress long-term.
The Maintain step focuses on sustaining results over time by supporting ongoing wellness in the intervals between clinical visits. To support this goal, Genesis offers the Push Patch: a convenient, needle free delivery system of therapeutics like NAD+ and peptides. This easy to apply, time-released dosing system makes maintenance something that fits into real life.
The truth about long-term wellness is that consistency outperforms intensity. The most consistent outcomes tend to come not from one dramatic intervention, but from a baseline that was measured, a repair phase that was individualized, and progress that is actively maintained.
As science advances and clinical leaders collect further patient outcome data, regenerative approaches will continue to become more effective and safer. The roadmap is a way to apply today’s tools thoughtfully: the appropriate assessment, an individualized repair strategy, and a realistic plan to maintain results.
As with any element of care, patient selection and clinical decision-making remain the responsibility of the licensed physician. The right approach — or combination of approaches — depends on the individual patient, their goals, and their clinical picture.

What does "Assess, Repair, Maintain" mean?
It is a three-step framework for individualized care. Assess uses Precision Genomic Testing (PGX/NGX) to provide additional information that may help guide an individualized plan. Repair uses regenerative approaches such as Regenerative Protein Arrays to support the body’s natural repair processes. Maintain uses ongoing support to help sustain progress between clinical visits.
Do I have to complete all three steps?
No. The roadmap describes how the steps relate to one another, not a mandatory sequence. Your physician determines what is appropriate for your situation, and patient selection remains a clinical decision.
How often is genomic testing repeated?
Generally once. Inherited DNA does not change, so genotype results remain relevant permanently.
What makes RPA different from PRP or live-cell products?
Regenerative Proteins are derived from ethically collected placental tissue that is not dependent on a patient’s age or health conditions like PRP and BMAC. Further, RPA is acellular and contains no DNA, eliminating the risks associated with cellular and DNA transfer associated with stem cells and exosomes.
