Genesis Regenerative was born of a strategic partnership between two leading medical companies’ executive teams in 2023. NOVO Bio Alliance’s and DG Medical’s executive teams have over 100 years of experience in the medical device, nutraceutical, and regenerative medicine arena, and over 50 years of experience in the healthcare data management industry. Together, they created a powerhouse company that is highly skilled in launching cutting-edge medical therapies, building clinician networks, and providing educational tools to clinicians and patients alike. Genesis Regenerative is based out of Florida and has additional offices in Georgia and Michigan.
Mike Major
Chief Executive Officer / Partner
Michael Major is a strategic entrepreneur, executive operator, and internationally recognized Christian leader whose influence spans government consulting, nutraceutical innovation, advanced marketing systems, and regenerative medicine.
Throughout his career, Michael has launched, scaled, and successfully sold multiple multimillion-dollar companies across diverse industries — from government contracting to globally distributed health brands. His leadership is marked by an ability to identify emerging opportunities, build scalable infrastructures, and position organizations for sustained national and international growth.
In the nutraceutical sector, he founded Miracle Moringa, a wellness brand that achieved global distribution and national exposure through its feature connected to Shark Tank and endorsement by original Shark Kevin Harrington. Under his direction, the company expanded into international markets, establishing a strong footprint in the superfood and supplement space.
In the government arena, Michael founded Federal Contracting Center, a strategic advisory firm equipping small and mid-sized businesses to compete within federal, state, and municipal procurement systems. His expertise bridges private enterprise and public-sector opportunity, providing organizations with structured pathways into government markets.
Through Major Marketing Group, he developed high-performance call center operations and AI-driven marketing infrastructures designed to increase conversion rates, optimize agent performance, and scale revenue across multiple verticals.
Currently serving as CEO of dG Medical Group, Michael brings his cross-sector experience — from government to nutraceuticals — into the evolving field of regenerative medicine. With a commitment to advancing science-based regenerative applications and institutional education, he is strategically positioning the organization at the forefront of innovation in cellular health and clinical advancement.
Lisa Evans, PT
Chief Operating Officer / Partner
Lisa Evans is a highly accomplished professional with a clinical degree in Physical Therapy, specializing in innovative healthcare solutions. Further, she has an extensive history of sales and sale leadership, with a track record of exceeding targets and driving revenue growth for leading healthcare technology companies. As the Co-Owner and Chief Operating Officer of Genesis Regenerative, she plays a pivotal role in spearheading the company’s strategic vision and operational excellence.
With a passion for improving patient outcomes and enhancing healthcare delivery, Lisa has dedicated her career to the intersection of healthcare, business, and innovation. She brings extensive experience in clinical practice, coupled with a keen business acumen, to her leadership role at Novo Bio Alliance.

Joseph D. Hunt, MBA
Chief Commercial Officer / Partner
Joe Hunt has over 25 years of experience in medical sales and marketing, focused on minimally invasive solutions for ortho, neuro, pain management and interventional radiology. During this time, he earned 6 Rep of the Year Awards, 6 #2 national rankings, and 17 Quota Attainment Awards. He was also a National Field Trainer at 3 Fortune 500 companies.
His experience includes market commercialization and product launch strategy, referring clinician & community education program development, as well as clinical training, sales & sales management.
Joe earned an MBA in Marketing from Haworth College of Business and a BS in Behavioral Psychology from Western Michigan University. He also attended the U.S. Air Force Academy, where he studied human factors engineering, earned the Commandant’s Medal, Free Fall Parachuting Medal, Basic Glider Course, Survival/Evasion/ Resistance/Escape Course, while starting on the varsity baseball team.
