Stefano Sinicropi, M.D. – Board-Certified Orthopedic Spine Surgeon
Dr. Stefano Sinicropi is a board-certified orthopedic spine surgeon and the founder of Hypercharge Health in Edina, Minnesota. Over a 20-year medical career, he has completed approximately 10,000 surgical procedures. His current practice integrates standard orthopedic interventions with targeted therapies to address chronic musculoskeletal issues and support patient recovery.
Education & Training: Earned his medical degree and completed his residency at Columbia University’s College of Physicians and Surgeons and Presbyterian Hospital. He later completed the Kenton D. Leatherman Spine Fellowship at the University of Louisville.

Dr. Louis Saeger specializes in anesthesiology and interventional pain medicine. Throughout his career, he has focused on the diagnosis and treatment of severe, spine-related pain while actively contributing to medical research on biologic therapies.
- Education & Certifications: Received his MD from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine and completed his residency at the University of Washington. He holds dual board certifications in Pain Medicine and Anesthesiology.
- Fellowships: Completed an NIH Pain Research fellowship at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center and holds the title of Fellow of Interventional Pain Practice through the World Institute of Pain.
- Clinical Leadership: Established the Interventional Division at the Midwest Spine Institute and served as a past President of the Puget Sound Spine Interest Group.
- Clinical Research: Conducts ongoing research into spinal biomechanics and the clinical application of biologic injections for lumbar pain.
Genesis® Regenerative Protein Arrays
The Genesis® Regenerative Protein Array (RPA) is a cell-free biologic matrix used to support localized tissue recovery. Processed from screened placental tissue using a proprietary bioreactor system, RPA contains a concentration of proteins, cytokines, and growth factors. These components are extracted from the mesoderm, endoderm, and ectoderm—the primary developmental layers that form the human musculoskeletal, nervous, and soft tissue systems.
During manufacturing, the product undergoes processing to remove cellular material and is tested for endotoxins. The resulting product is strictly acellular, which lowers the risk of immune reactions. Instead of using live cells to replace damaged tissue, RPA delivers biological signals to the area. This localized application is designed to support the body’s normal mechanisms for tissue stability and function.
