Coastal Ketamine & Aesthetics – Advanced Care for Musculoskeletal, Neuro-cognitive, Autoimmune, Endocrine, Aesthetics, and Anti-Aging
Operating out of South Carolina, Dr. Daniel Ripley serves as the Founder and Medical Director of Coastal Ketamine & Aesthetics. Blending his background as a Family Practice physician with his experiences as a decorated combat veteran, he has cultivated a unique healing environment that prioritizes an individual’s mental, physical, and aesthetic well-being.
Dr. Ripley’s foundational education began with a Bachelor of Science in Biological Science, graduating Cum Laude, which paved the way for his Doctorate of Medicine from the Medical University of South Carolina. Following medical school, he completed both his Residency and Internship at Greenville Memorial Hospital. His medical career is also defined by his honorable military service; Dr. Ripley treated the nation’s service members while deployed with the U.S. Navy during Operation Iraqi Freedom, alongside domestic assignments in Memphis, TN, and Parris Island, SC. For his dedication, he was awarded the USMC Fleet Marine Force Designation, the Operation Iraqi Freedom Medal, the U.S. Navy Achievement Medal, and the U.S. Navy Commendation Medal.
At his Mt. Pleasant clinic, Dr. Ripley embraces the philosophy that medicine requires both scientific rigor and the art of human connection. He champions active listening as a primary diagnostic tool, believing that genuine sympathy and understanding can be just as impactful as pharmaceutical or surgical interventions. By focusing on disease prevention and healthy lifestyle habits, he empowers his patients to lead vibrant, active lives while delivering specialized care encompassing neuro-cognitive, endocrine, musculoskeletal, and autoimmune health, as well as comprehensive anti-aging and aesthetics services.
Genesis® Regenerative Protein Arrays
Developed to provide targeted foundational support, the Genesis® Regenerative Protein Array (RPA) serves as a highly refined, cell-free matrix. It is formulated to help reinforce localized tissue environments without relying on whole cells or DNA.
The composition of RPA features a concentrated mix of natural growth factors, proteins, and cytokines. During processing, all cellular material is removed to create a strictly acellular product. This careful preparation minimizes the risk of adverse tissue responses, making it a safe and predictable option for clinical support.
By delivering these naturally occurring factors directly to a targeted area, the protein array helps support the immediate physical environment. This localized reinforcement is designed to work alongside the body’s normal processes for stability and recovery.
